Concrete Evaluation

Concrete evaluation involves determining condition of a concrete relative to present condition (cracks, surface defects, etc.) and future performance (service life).

one from isolated areas with large cracks,
other from well performing area

Concrete core from slab with extensive overall cracks

We perform:

• Onsite inspection when and where possible. Our engineers examine the problem first-hand and make recommendations for further evaluation.
• Offsite evaluation where distance and time do not permit. Client in consultation with our engineers send a sample(s) for appropriate testing and report back to the client on condition of the structure.
